CallCenterTeams.com is an executive search practice operated by ENUW Education Systems Inc., specializing in workforce management (WFM) leadership placements for contact centres across Ontario, Canada and Texas, USA.

- Information you share by email, phone, or during a scheduled consultation.

- To respond to your inquiry and conduct the WFM executive search engagement you requested.
- To build the Roster Readiness Assessment and related market intelligence reports.
- To communicate with you about active searches, candidates, and industry observations relevant to your role.

Confidentiality
All information submitted through the Roster Readiness Assessment — including compensation data, succession depth, and flight-risk assessments — is treated as strictly confidential. It is used solely to produce the assessment deliverables for your organization.
Data Retention & Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing info@callcenterteams.com. We retain engagement records for the duration of the active placement relationship plus a reasonable period required by Canadian and U.S. records-retention law.
