Call Center Team was originally established as CCIT Staffing services in 1998. In September of 2010, CCIT Staffing Services changed our name to Call Center Teams, which better reflects our sourcing capabilities. As a Contact Centre resource, we provide Workforce and IT executives with options and alternatives for sourcing organization constraints that impact products, support, sales, service and solutions. We source Workforce Professionals, Contact Centre UC Solution Partnerships and IT Asset management and recycling partnerships. Our clients utilize us to source extraordinary people and vendor partnerships. CCT’s core mission has always been to identify the extraordinary.
